Across the Miles: Growing Connections was created to help grandparents and elementary-age children stay connected, even when miles separate them.

Designed especially for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade, this connection journal gives grandparents and children meaningful, age-appropriate ways to talk, laugh, learn, share family stories, encourage one another, and create memories together.

Inside the 64-page journal, families will find conversation starters, favorites and fun, shared learning activities, family-story prompts, kindness and confidence activities, plans for future visits, memory pages, and spaces for photos, drawings, and keepsakes.
